Classically trained by a French inspired Pastry Chef, my skillset includes, cakes, breads, chocolates and truffles, danish rolls, puff pastry, cookies, scones and much more. All products are made from scratch and made to order. I make my own extracts, creams and custards, using real sugar, butter and flour.
